the third part seminar

From the stickness factor, I have some ideas about the virus. I think they have the design connection with the virus. So i find these cures. First of all, mask.,it is to prevent infestation. Generally speaking, they are always ugly. Therefore, we can desin them and make them become a kind of decoration on people's face. They can have different colours, patterns. So everyone can choose that you like. This mask is more special, because it is waterproof. So people need not worry about rainning day. They are also use the medical material. When the virus be close to people, the mask will shake, and kill the virus. Next, take injection. This injection will not have bad effect on people's body. It just make people strong and healthy. Children and adults maybe should take this injection once a year. Then, pills. it is just like candy. Everyone can eat to keep health. It is pretty and tasty. These ideas are safe for children. I hope it can make sense.

the second part seminar

Today, we did the second part about the seminar. We thought many design ideas. first , we think about the power of context. From this point we have different opinions. The prison environment . How can we change the prison environment and eystem to change both officers , prisoners attitudes for the better. Next, the stealing car. We can use the fingerprint or eye scanner to gain access to the car. The uniform, it can become protect the person. It not just obvious. and so on. Then, we talk about the stickness factor. Smoking is the first topic. If you smoking, the ink will in the skin or cigerette.it will stain your mouth or finger. Next , drug driving, the eye scanner will give your away. Drink driving, if you clear the key will turn to start, if not the car will not start. Last, we did the law of the few. The login system, time limit on the login. Social networking, how can sicial networking sites be more safer? ID cards, face account and so on .

The first part seminar

Today, my partners with me did a work about connection between textile design and the tipping point.The tipping point is a book that was very interesting because it told a lot of varied stories, facts and insights into things that we would not think about. It is told us the little things can make a big difference. So we chose some topics in this book, such as the power of context, the law of the few, the stickness factor, then we wrote down the things can have some links about them. We thought a lot, for example , advertising , ipod,TV, magazine,affordable,easy to use and so on. These are all come from the stickness factor. Everyone was very active and told her own opinions each other. I think it is a good activity. we can motivate study and express our thinking. We can image abundantly. I enjoy it so much.

The tipping point

Recently, I read this book The tipping point. This book devided some parts. I found the context is particularly interesting, especially the theories and experiments about the effect of variations in the environment on actions and subsequently consequences. Tipping Point explores so many different directions that ideas take and it helped me make the connection as to how all the separate bits of an idea, that we don't necessarily think about, were connected and how each and every piece of the puzzle is important. If that little gold box is missing your idea won't take off at all. The little thing can make big difference~
